Operation Adaptation Promotes 'Green' Cooperation

Concert Event Pushes Eco-Friendly Lifestyles

Operation Adaptation (http://www.operationadaptation.com) is a one of a kind weekend-long concert event that aims to promote and educate people about environmentally healthy alternatives.
Everything at the Operation Adaptation event is eco-friendly. All of the food dishes and utensils are made of compostable corn-based material. The stage itself is even environmentally sound. Courtesy of 'Power by the People', the stage is powered with stationary bikes pedaled by fans.

It's not just the "green" mentality that you can look forward to either. Operation Adaptation has an all-star line-up of musicians. This line-up includes:

  • Fat Maw Rooney

  • Chinese Fingertrap

  • Groovatron

  • Stealin' Strings

  • Family Groove Company

  • and many more!

Besides enjoying this awesome line-up, you can feel good about yourself because one tree will be planted for every ticket sold thanks to "Trees for the Future". There is also a food drive to benefit the Hunger Task Force of Milwaukee.

This amazing event takes place at the Concord House in Sullivan, WI. Operation Adaptation runs from April 18th through April 20th. There is on-site camping and parking available for $5. Proceeds will be donated to Jam for Jamaica, a charity group who helps out the less fortunate in Jamaica.
